A Baltimore treasure that was fully designed and conceived by the Olmsted Brothers, Wyman Park Dell is a 16-acre public park located along Charles Street, south of Johns Hopkins University and the Baltimore Museum of Art. Learn how Olmsted park principles make the Dell a work of art as well as a functioning urban green space, and see recent efforts such as the restoration of the long, undulating dry stone wall, the first major capital improvement in accord with the community-driven Dell Master Plan.
Talk and tour by Tom McGilloway, landscape architect; David Holden, urban planner and landscape architect; and Marcia Holden, past president of Friends of Wyman Park Dell.
